Abstract: Brain tumors are the most lethal cancer in children. While little progress has been made to achieve cure in many patients, immunotherapy holds the promise of transforming the treatment landscape. This talk will review the newest advances in immunotherapy for pediatric CNS malignancies, as well as identify many of the major obstacles to effective immune-based therapy.
